General Information
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order.
Processing Timelines
Please allow 1-2 business days for our warehouse team to pack and ship your order. During peak periods such as sales, holidays and product launches, please allow up to 4 business days for us to process your order. Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee any address updates, order changes or cancellations. Orders placed on Friday after 1PM will not be shipped until the following Monday.
Delivery timelines do not include processing times. See above for details. All transit times are measured in business days which are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.
Delivery Charges
Delivery Charges vary based on your delivery location/country, Value of goods and/or Weight of your order. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, Delivery charges will be displayed.
