What size underwear is right for me?

We have formulated a size guide for the best fit regardless of what your body shape is. In this house, we believe cute comes in all sizes! Consult our sizing guide provided in each product listing.

How should I care for my underwear in the wash?

Most garments can be machine washed on COLD and DELICATE, then tumble dried with LOW HEAT. Please do not iron, bleach, or dry clean.
For best performance, please hand wash cold and lay flat to dry. This will help to protect the colour, fastness of the garment as well as the construction of the elastane fiber in the waistband.
Please be extra careful when you wash our seamless intimates (Wireless Bras & undies). We recommend handwash or cold and delicate.

How are my undies made?


On a serious note, we know there’s nothing worse than an uncomfortable underwear. So, we’ve sourced the comfiest fabric that will hold you together while you take on the day. If you hadn’t figured, we don’t do anything second best.

Add to that, we care about everyone who pours love and care into the undies you wear. We hate big factories. We don’t make hundreds of thousands of underwear! We make sure to make our underwear in small batches so each underwear gets the love and care it truly deserves. So, that they can love you back! All our underwear is handmade using the best in class sewing, bonding and molding techniques!

What forms of payments do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
We do not accept cash on delivery, checks, bank drafts, money orders or PayPal credit at this point.

How can I contact your team?

What if I need to change or cancel my order?

Breathe easy, we change our minds all the time.
If you need to amend/change your order, please get in touch with us via email at info@amoreceylon.com quoting your name, contact details and order number and what changes you’d like to do.

Someone from our support team will assist you soon! All cancellations/ amendments must be made within 24 hours from the time of purchase on the website.

How long should my order take to arrive?

The excitement of having new underwear is unbearable so we try to deliver them as quick as possible!
 Any deliveries  should take you anywhere between 2 – 3 business days.

Please bear with us as your order might be delayed due to uncontrollable things like weather, social and political issues.

Where do you ship to?

Pretty much anywhere on this earth as long as you have a valid and accessible address.

How can I track my order

Once you place your order we will keep you posted on every step from order processing, to dispatch till delivery. Once your order is dispatched, we will provide you the tracking number of the delivery and the details of the courier service. By providing your tracking number to the courier service you will be able to track the status of the delivery. If you are still unsure of the status of your package, you can always contact us through our contact us page and we will be happy to see what we can do to help.

Do you provide gift wrapping or discreet packing?

Yes! Don’t break a sweat. If you wish to request gift wrapping or discreet packaging, mention it in the ‘special notes’ before you check out and we’ll have it sorted!

How much does shipping cost?

For orders under US$ 50 Standard Shipping (within the US and Canada) is US$ 4.99.
If your order is over US$ 50 you are eligible for free shipping.

For all international orders a flat shipping rate of US$ 11.99 will apply to anywhere in the world. Express shipping can be arranged for US$ 34.99 worldwide.
You will be able to see all the shipping options at the point of checkout.

What is your return policy

Your first pair of underwear;
If you think you will fit better in to a different size, let us know. We will send you a replacement for free. Applies to your first single pair (one). Shipping fees will not be refunded.

Bought multiple undies in your first purchase?
As long as you try on just one it’s all good. That first pair of Vivaldi’s you tried on is yours to keep. We will send the replacement to you for free.
You may return the remaining items to us as long as its ried on, unworn, unwashed, and in the original condition you received them. And we will send a replacement in the correct size or a different preferred style for all of it.

For all subsequent underwear purchases, returns are accepted within 15 days of you receiving the product if they are not tried on, unworn, unwashed, and in the original condition you received them.
